Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and time are very important to me. When you schedule an appointment, time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to reschedule, or cancel an appointment I respectfully request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules that occur less than 24 hours to your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of service(s) scheduled. Clients who fail to show will be charged a no show fee of 80% of scheduled service amount. All fees must be paid before booking a new appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!
